License Reservations

The "License Reservations" page displays a list of all licenses that have been reserved from the Enterprise server. Each entry includes the timestamp of when the license was reserved as well as its time of expiration in UTC.

From here you can cancel a license reservation once every 7 days if a user is unable to check their license back in through the client for some reason.

Cancel a License Reservation

1. In the list of license reservations, select the license you want to cancel.
2. Verify it is the correct license by double-checking the start and end times on the license (these are listed in UTC).
3. Click the "Cancel" button to cancel the license reservation.
