Analysis data is mostly managed through the Enterprise client, so there are a limited set of actions for managing it in the admin interface.
Create a Snapshot¶
Due to the complex structure of snapshots, they can only be created from an Enterprise client. Open a project file and perform a sync in the Enterprise client to create snapshots.
Delete a Snapshot¶
Deleting a snapshot from the admin interface is not recommended. Any user who later syncs that project file will end up recreating the snapshot, so all local copies of the project file will need removed from all clients first.
To delete a snapshot without deleting the entire project file, you can do the following:
- In the list of snapshots, select the snapshot(s) you want to delete.
- Using the "Action" drop-down, select "Delete Selected Snapshots" and press "Go".
